Love The RealReal! My most recent purchase was a tan lamb leather mini dress that can be worn countless ways in different seasons. This is one of my favorite clothing sites, not only is there an abundance of beautiful items to purchase, but you are supporting the high end fashion industry as the second owner of quality goods that will last for years to come. Be aware of your body measurements as different brands have very different sizing. I'm usually a size 4/SM, but have ordered anywhere from an XS-MED. I've only had to return one item(too small) and it was a very easy process. I recommend to friends often.
On Friday 12/6/20 I purchased an item for TRR. Saturday night I got an email confirming cancallation of item. I did not cancel so I emailed them. And sent in a Chat detailing the issue. They said they will respond in 24 hrs. Still not hearing from them I emailed again, asking what happened and that I want the item.
After 48 hrs I emailed again. Still no reply... not a peep. I checked with the credit card company again and found out they reverse payment yesterday, 15/6/20. I don't know what happened. This is the first time buying from TRR. Pretty shabby way of treating their customer. I read some reviews about their lack of communication but I took the chance because I wanted the item. Terrible customer service.
Another thing is we who are outside of the USA cannot reach them by phone...

To whom it may concern,
I’ve paid 2 times 30 dollars to have next day delivery. Bought most things on a Sunday to have them delivered on Tuesday and a couple of things on Monday to have them delivered hopefully on Tuesday, the latest, since I don’t live in the US and my husband would be in Miami till Wednesday.
And until Wednesday noon nothing had been delivered yet.
And now he arrived with my stuff and one dress is missing.
I go to the website and found out it would be delivered today only: 8 DAYS AFTER MY PURCHASE!!!
I’ve bought the dress for the summer and guess what - I won’t wear it during the summer, as my husband will only be back in the US in September, thank you very much!
Question: are you going to reimburse me the 60 dollars I paid extra? Or at least give me credit in the store?
Because not even during the lockdown this service was unacceptable, but now that Florida is open it’s completely unacceptable.

Good customer service. Even when my return was past due because of not being in the city to return on time, I was given site credit without expiration.
Shoes were too big and I wanted to take advantage of the return policy but still not getting any instructions or help on how to do that so I guess I am stuck with the shoes I can’t wear. Will never order from The Real again!!!!
This is my second LV purchase from RealReal. I was disappointed that my duffel bag was smashed in a bag and not treated with respect. There was no paper or card board form to keep it from getting creased. There was no LV duster included and the duster sent was too small for my bag.
The duffle itself was in great shape and worth the money. I will continue to purchase products from RealReal.

The customer service is really good. The communication, and the replay time is perfect.
I have a problem with the return items policy from Europe. Last time you send me different shoes than I bought. You will pay back the price, but you don’t pay back the tax. It was’t my mistake. It is not correct at sll.
Not getting back to me when the wrong goods were sent. No updates of when my actual ordered goods will be delivered.Very unhappy
I love the Shoes, an planning to order more things. Love how you explain the wear an tear, on the products...an great photos. The prices are amazing with extra percentage off...Only problem I have is the shipping, too high, especially when ordering one Item. You don't have any free shipping, over a certain amount purchased...Bummer
This was my third time ordering from the realreal. I bought a couple of $850 Chanel shoes. And I was shocked when they arrived, the shoes had been thrown into tiny box, one tissue wrap around one shoe and one cheap dustbag. No bubble wrap and no protection. My new nike shoes (from footlocker) came more much more protected and nicely wrapped. I will not purchase again from the realreal. Fashionphile are much more professional and carefull in their shipping.

Buyer beware I find the positive reviews questionable at best
Like they say anyone can post a review...
Items that arent authentic are sold here they cannot and do not have the ability to authenticate every item I know from experience.
